Guests began their journey at the place card table where Harry’s wand, potions and tools could be found amongst the low lying dry ice. The adult tables were decorated with candles, magic potions and grapes. Their side of the room was enhanced with purple up-lighting and buffet lighting.
However, the true transformation and magic lied around the corner when you entered the kids area. The room was converted in to Ryan’s version of Hogwarts. Two flags with Ryan’s emblem greeted the guest’s to the space. Their attention would soon be diverted to the candles hanging from the ceiling. Oh yeah, did we mention they moved up and down! The rest of the room was darkened with black drapery and the addition of back lit gothic windows. The kids tables were decorated with candles, potions and special effects lighting. The image above only slightly captures how awesome it was.
